Shipping and Returns

Where does Threadom ship products?

At this time Threadom only ships to the U.S., 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

If you live outside of the U.S. please follow @Threadom.Style on social. We will level up to worldwide shipping soon and here is where you'll hear about it! You can also sign up for our newsletter on any page on this site. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Threadom products are made-to-order, which means we receive your order and then make your product. Please allow 2-7 business days from the date of your order to the time of shipment. Know that our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible–as soon as your order is processed, we get to work!

U.S. domestic standard shipping orders will arrive between 3-6 business days after they ship, depending on your location.

Order send with express shipping will arrive between 1-3 days after they ship, depending on your location. If express shipping is not available for a specific destination, which unfortunately happens, you will only see the standard shipping rate.

Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

There may be instances where items used for printing are out of stock, notifications regarding delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer. In some cases of out of stock items, similar items may be substituted for the order. We will notify you if this is the case.

Your item may arrive in multiple packages.

If you order different types of products, your order may arrive to you in separate packages. Don't be alarmed, in an effort to ship your items to you as quickly as possible, we ship items from the closest fulfillment houses to your address.

How do I pick the right size?

Product measurements may vary by up to 2" (5 cm). To ensure proper sizing measure one of your products at home and compare it with the measurements you see in the guide below. 

A = Length
Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the shirt (the highest point on the shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt to get length of your shirt.

B = Width
Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve (the armpit seam) and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve to get the width of your shirt.

If you are unsure about your size especially when it comes to the women's fitted or cropped t-shirts, we recommend ordering a size up. You can also chat with us at anytime via the burgundy chat icon on the bottom right of any page on our site or Facebook messenger. 

Can Threadom take returns?

We're committed to making a social impact and aiding our featured charitable organizations. To do this we operate on thin margins so we can contribute a large percentage of our profit to charities. For these reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however Threadom will accept returns on items that were incorrect or damaged upon receipt (damages include defective printing, holes in item, or an incorrect size from what was ordered). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions. 

We ask that you contact us directly at support@threadom.com within 10 days from the package receipt date to explain the need for returning your item and receive a return authorization code (RA Code). Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse your return. Do not send your package back to us without first obtaining the RA code. 

What if I need an exchange?

We encourage you to take your measurements prior to purchasing an item. Each item description includes a size chart for reference. Details on taking your measurement to ensure a proper fit have also been provided above. If you are unsure about your size especially when it comes to the women's fitted or cropped t-shirts, we recommend ordering a size up. You can also chat with us at anytime via the burgundy chat icon on the bottom right of any page on our site or Facebook messenger. 

Currently, we only except exchanges if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. If this happens, contact support@threadom.com within 10 business days from the package receipt date to receive an exchange. Please allow 2-4 business days for our customer support agents to gather all the necessary information to service your order inquiry. Also, note that Threadom's support center is CLOSED WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.

To complete your exchange, first email us directly for a exchange authorization code (EA Code). Please do not send your package back to us without first obtaining the EA code. Email support@threadom.com for your EA Code. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

We can not cancel your order after receiving payment due to the automatic production of items. You have an estimated 30 minutes after your order has been placed to contact us for a cancelation; email Subject: Cancel Order # to support@threadom.com as quickly as possible should you have a change of heart.

What if my order says 'delivered' but I didn't receive it?

IF YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED, BUT IS STOLEN FROM YOUR MAIL BOX:
Do not open a claim with the USPS. That is for us to do. We will make inquiries with the post office and once we have definitively concluded that the package was intercepted, we will take steps to make things right. If you open a claim with the USPS, you void any and all opportunities at obtaining a free replacement piece and will need to re-purchase your order. Email shipping@threadom.com within 7 business days so we can assist.

What if my item was 'Returned Undeliverable'? 

In the unfortunate event that your package is returned to our warehouse undeliverable, we will contact you and obtain a corrected or alternate address to re-ship to. We will cover the postage charge for the first re-shipment effort. However, if the package is returned to our warehouse a second time, you will be responsible for paying for the third (and any subsequent) shipment attempts.

We will send an invoice request to you via PayPal and will attempt to re-ship your item again once payment is received and the appropriate address has been confirmed.

Graphics and Design Variation

Please note that colors printed may not be exact due to digital mockup color limitations along with varying screen resolutions, which produce slight shifts in color. In some instances, the graphic mockup may be increased in size so it can be seen more clearly. This is not considered a printing or product defect.

If you do find any defect in our products, you have 10 business days from the package receipt date to notify us of the defect.
